Added it to my liked songs on spotify 2 or 3 days ago when I heard it first
third or 4th time listening to the concert
haven't been able to finish it
12 minutes left
it's 2 hours and eleven minutes

Camilo did an imitation of the Song "Yo Soy Aquel" by Raphael
Probably had heard it before but could not name it or tell you who sang it
I added it to my liked songs hours ago when I first heard it

went to the gym today
it was good
did some bench press
warmed up with a plate on each side
did four sets of ten
added a 25 plate to each side
did 2 sets of those 8 and 10 reps
replaced the 25s with 10s and did 2 sets of 10 reps
in between bench press sets I did kettlebell deadlifts the first 5 sets
used a 20 kg kettlebell
did 20, 20, 20, 15, and 20 i think
last 3 sets I did something I saw on insta yesterday
the influencer called them alternating B stance squats
they were tough but not terribly so
finished off with 11 pull ups and drove home

got to the office around 8:10 had lunch at a chinese restaurant
left work around 5 and headed to the gym
A day in the life
When i got home i had two quesadillas made with corn tortillas from El Comal brand and Monterrey jack cheese from Costco
added chorizo and chicken breast and Salsa made by my mother
I count my blessings always

I ought to reread Indian Summer now that I'm 30 and not 23 like I was when i first chanced upon it in the Public Library discarded book section and took it home with me
it's a brutal story
